Since January, we have been growing and growing, which means we hope you are enjoying more great freshly roasted coffee! As most of us at CCR (Caledonia Coffee Roasters) are out on the road talking to our customers daily, we found it necessary to introduce a phone system that allows you to order direct by leaving us a voicemail, and also enables you to target your call to a mobile to speak to someone directly. We welcome your feedback on this system as we are always looking for ways to improve! 24-Hour Ordering Available CALL 01738 635 356 The system is designed to allow us to make sure you increase our contact time with you. Sometimes when the roaster is roasting we miss calls because of the noise. For this reason we have introduced two new services for our customers: - Our telephone ordering system number which is 01738 635 356 and you can access the Order Voicemail, which is checked every few hours;
Aside from when we are roasting, we are often out of the roastery visiting customers. And because we don't want to miss your call when we are out on the road, we have enabled your call to be transferred to our mobile phones and other landlines. We welcome your feedback. and we will look into how we can improve our phone service. Delivery We also have a new postal service which we will be running using Parcel Force. This  allows your coffee, if ordered on a Monday and/or Wednesday, to be roasted the next day and shipped to you. A track-and-trace service will be available shortly enabling you to log into your own account to check the progress of your order, as well as track it to your door. This will be a great help when you are planning your stock or waiting expectantly for your next cuppa! NEW SERVICES Virtual Warehousing and Distribution Storage and distribution can create extra cost and logistical difficulties, so here at Caledonia Coffee Roasters we offer customers a range of services that can enhance your experience with us and honour your customer expectations. We can help you distribute your coffee and tea products, providing seamless supplies straight to your customer. Caledonia Technology & XML Web Services Caledonia Coffee Roasters XML Web Services is a new service that allows us to populate your online store with products and services, allowing you to re-sell our products to your customers. Caledonia Coffee Roasters also offer a range of simple e-commerce solutions to help you by jointly promoting and cross-selling coffee and tea products together. READ MORE.... Here at Caledonia Coffee Roasters we always try our best to meet our customer's expectations. We make and blend coffees for all types and size of customer. This means that when you order you always get great freshly roasted coffee. To make sure you get your freshly roasted coffee promptly we are introducing an "any bag any weight" policy for our Internet Customers. If you order any 227g or 454g origin or house blend coffee and the outer package is temporarily out of stock, as a loyal customer we will automatically dispatch your coffee in one of our other quality coffee bags, even if it is bigger! - which gives you even more value! However, if you require any of these products to be given as a gift, then we are happy to ship them with our original packaging, if requested and the packaging is in stock. |
